They say every woman should own a little black dress. Well we think every woman should own more than one...and one of them should be made of cashmere.
This 100% cashmere dress from Autumn Cashmere is simple and beautiful. It is warm and cozy but has the fit and style of evening wear. We decided to keep the accessories for this outfit simple, sticking primarily to a black and gold color palette.
We started accessorizing by adding the Nefer hand bracelet from A Peace Treaty. The bracelet actually wraps around your palm and fingers (sort of like brass knuckles....we've all worn brass knuckles right?). It is a really stylish take on a traditional bracelet and it doesn't interfere with Holiday party hand usage....you know, like holding cocktails or nabbing the last canapé.
We then added the Hu necklace in black (you could opt for the red for a little more color). This is one of our favorite Peace Treaty necklaces. It is unique and simple and it's a great place to store your your emergency stash of thread.
To give our outfit a pinch of color we opted for the blue oracle studded earrings for a simple pop of blue. These earrings are affordable and will give this outfit just the right kick.
If you are worried about being chilly in this dress you could always accessorize with some simple tights. Look from London and Hansel from Basel both have great options for this dress.
