Paolo Roversi is an Italian-born fashion photographer who has a natural sense of light and composition that make his photographs feel like art pieces moving forward and backward in time. He has worked extensively in fashion but his work is rooted in portraiture. His images are about people, faces. Using primarily window light and often still shooting with an 8x10 camera, Roversi seems classically inspired but his work is timeless.
