The Enjoy Centre

Gardening Season is nearly upon us and what better place to spend it than at the Enjoy Centre. Envisioned and created by the Hole family, the Enjoy Centre is a giant greenhouse space that houses the Holes Greenhouse, Prairie Bistro, Amaranth Foods, The Water Garden Spa and heaps of other things. The building alone is worth the trip out there.

My favorite spot is the Bistro serving up delicious food, scrumptious snacks and some of the best coffee in town (the same coffee they serve at Elm Cafe).

Julianna Mimande, of Bacon and We Eat Together fame, and Shaun Hicks, chef extraordinaire, are the driving forces behind the Bistro's growth and success. You can see their hard work in the beautiful space and the incredible food (which is prepared primarily with local ingredients). I've made more than a few trips out there for Sunday Brunch and it has always been worth the trip. 

If you're gearing up for summer, a trip to the Enjoy Centre would be worth your while.
