With Spring stepping in, everyone is getting ready for a summer of brides, grooms, flowers and feasts. Yup, it's wedding season. Rychelle and I are always getting asked about wedding photographer recommendations, so we thought we would do a series of posts about a few of our local favourites. To get things started, we'd like to introduce the lovely Karmen Meyer.
Karmen is an Edmonton-based wedding photographer that has only been working for a few years but has the eye and the portfolio of a seasoned pro. Her blossoming wedding business has taken her all around Alberta and beyond. Last year she got to travel to Africa with the CRWRC. You can read all about her experiences and see her photographs on her blog.
Karmen uses light and colour beautifully and her subjects always feel relaxed and natural. It's hard not to smile when looking at the faces of all the happy brides and grooms in her photographs.
Karmen is quickly becoming one of the most sought after photographers in Edmonton so if you like her work you should get a hold of her her while you can. Below is a little glimpse at her work. To see more, visit her website.
Thanks, Karmen, for sharing your work with us!
